This class is designed to reduce stress and tension in the neck and shoulders with the use of self-myofascial release and breathwork techniques. During class, you will learn how to use foam rollers, tennis balls and other types of tools to target the upper body. You will also discover which techniques work best for your body and how to easily continue your practice at home. There will be plenty of time available for individual hands-on support and questions.
