Self - Myofascial Release • Neck & Shoulders
This class is designed to help you release stress and tension in the neck and shoulders through a combination of self-myofascial release and breathwork techniques. Whether you experience chronic discomfort, restricted movement from daily activities, or simply want to improve mobility and relaxation, this session will provide you with effective tools to support your well-being.
Throughout the class, you will learn how to use foam rollers, tennis balls, and other therapeutic tools to target key areas of the upper body. You will explore different self-myofascial release techniques to release restricted fascia, improve circulation, and enhance mobility. In addition, guided breathwork will be incorporated to help calm the nervous system, deepen relaxation, and optimize the benefits of the practice.
A key component of this class is personalization. You will be guided in discovering which techniques work best for your unique needs and body type. Individualized hands-on support will be available to ensure you feel comfortable and confident in your practice. There will also be dedicated time for questions, allowing you to refine your approach and gain a deeper understanding of the techniques.
By the end of the class, you will have the knowledge and confidence to continue practicing at home, making self-care an accessible and effective part of your routine.
