Rescheduling Policies
Our rescheduling policy requires 24-hours notice to avoid being charged the full payment for the amount of time booked. We currently have a waitlist, so late cancels or no-shows greatly affect our schedule. We do encourage you to reschedule if you are not feeling well. To further support you, there will be no charge for rescheduling within 24 hours if you are sick.
Appointment times are as scheduled and cannot extend beyond the stated time to accommodate late arrivals. Please be on time for your appointment. If you are late for your appointment, you are still responsible for full payment of the amount of time booked. If you do not show up for your appointment, payment will be required before rescheduling.
After three consecutive cancelations, we kindly ask that you join our waitlist instead of scheduling in advance. We understand that your medical conditions may interfere with keeping scheduled appointments and we will let you know when appointments become available.
