Please join me for a 2-hour transformative class that focuses on creating profound changes in the body's fascia. In this class, we will use soft foam rollers, air-filled balls, and other specialized tools to learn various self-myofascial techniques for the neck, shoulders, low back, and hips. Calming breathwork and guided meditation will be included to promote deep relaxation, allowing the body to release tension. You will also gain valuable insights into what works best for your body and how to continue your practice at home. This small, in-person class is intentionally designed to allow ample time for individual hands-on support and personal guidance.
