Pediatric Myofascial Release

Myofascial Release is an extremely gentle type of bodywork, which is why children naturally respond well to treatment. All ages can receive Myofascial Release, even as early as right after birth.

What is Pediatric Myofascial Release?

MFR uses long periods of gentle sustained pressure that feel safe and non-invasive. Parents usually seek out treatment because of structural deformities, poor range of motion, scar tissue formed from surgery, or any type of trauma to the body (including birth trauma). Also, because of MFR's calming nature it is also helpful for hyperactivity, stress and anxiety issues.
